'ation the enclosed copy of 2 minutes from the Attorney-General

'advising that Ordinance No. 11 of 1902 be disallowed and that

section 3 of Ordinance No. 21 of 1901 be repealed.

The course would relieve this Government

of much trouble, inconvenience and delay in dealing with matters

connected with reclamations and piers which are, from the

nature of the

Colony, one of the features of its rapid growth.
